Diana Hunter, C.N.S., earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1983 and in 2004 she received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Kent State University.
Her numerous years of nursing experience includes Critical Care nursing, Nursing Supervisor, Director of Emergency Department and Advanced Practice nursing as a Hospitalist at Alliance Community Hospital. She is also a local instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
In March 2010, she joined Gastroenterology and Hepatology Specialists, Inc. as a Certified Nurse Specialist, (C.N.S.). In this position she evaluates and treats the practice patients in both the office and hospital settings.
Diana is a member of the Ohio Advanced Practice Nurse Association and the National Clinical Nurse Specialist Association.
Diana resides in Alliance with her husband, Doug, and their two sons.
